The OMB-SCANSERVER is a high
performance, 32-bit server
application capable of supplying
data from OMEGA’s measurement-and-
control instruments to any DDE
(Dynamic Data Exchange) or OPC
(OLE for Process Control) client
application. The OMB-SCANSERVER
supports all Windows DDE and
OPC client applications, including
SCADA (Supervisory Control and
Data Acquisition) and HMI (Human-Machine
Interface) applications
such as Wonderware’s InTouch,
Rockwell Software’s RSView32,
Intellution’s FIX, and Microsofts’s
Excel, C++, and Visual Basic.
