The compact DP6132 and the DP6116 indicator and alarm units provide accurate measurement and display of temperature and other process variables. Each unit allows the user to select the input type from 10 thermocouple types (J, K, T, E, R, S, B, C, N and J DIN), Pt RTD’s (100 with 385 curve), or analog voltage or current input. Linear 4-20 mA inputs can be scaled to the desired display range. Keylock and passwords prevent unauthorized access to configurational and alarm settings. A bright, clear green LED display gives good visibility in low and high ambient lighting. Three internal setpoints are provided for individual or combination alarm operation. They may be used for display warnings or for operating up to two alarm outputs, which can be configured as latching or non-latching. A special mode known as “alarm blocking” is available. In this mode, after power on, the process value must first enter a non-alarm state before the alarm function is enabled. This is particularly useful for low alarms which can be “blocked” while the process is warming-up. For a second relay output, you can purchase module BD2100 relay. Operation is user friendly with tactile buttons. Calibration accuracy is maintained with a self-correcting input circuit. User calibration allows offsets to be applied to compensate for sensor and other system errors.
